Here are the main FAQ’s that we regularly get asked about. If you still have a question please get in touch.
- How can I pay?
With PayPal, you’ll check out quickly, easily and securely using your credit card (you do not need to have or open a Paypal account to use this option) or your PayPal account.
For our Republic of Ireland customers Paypal does not accept laser cards but does accept visa debit cards. We also accept BankTransfers. Please note orders paid with bank transfer will only be processed once payment is received.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Do you have a shop?
No – We do not have a shop or facilities for customer visits but if anything you buy is not as you expect you can return it for a full refund.
- Do you have a catalogue?
No – printed catalogues are expensive to produce and we are trying to keep our prices competitive and as our stock is constantly changing, a catalogue would be out of date too quickly. We do have a facility for you to generate your own catalogue to your own specification,t select “Catalogue” from the main menu.
- What is your returns policy?
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt if not as expected or faulty, please contact us before returning. You must take care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in the original packaging materials wherever possible and as soon as possible after informing us of your intention to return.
We ask customers from outside the European Union to ensure a customs document is completed and marked “goods returned”. If this is not done the goods could be refused at customs and returned to you.
- How long will it take to process my order?
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day of receipt of cleared payment (usually quicker) and are normally posted for delivery without signature, although we may use a signed for service at our discretion. We do not post on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
Delivery time within Ireland is usually 1 – 3 working days, to the UK and mainland Europe is usually 3 – 6 working days and to the rest of the world is usually 5 – 10 working days.
- Is your site secure?
Yes – Your personal details are secure, click on the padlock (usually within the address bar of your browser) to bring up the security information. All credit card numbers are encrypted by our payment processors PayPal, and processed on their secure servers, your card details are not visible to us. We do not distribute your personal details to third parties.
- Is there a minimum order value?
- Why Register?
It is not compulsory to register when purchasing an item, however if you feel you may return, it may be beneficial to have your details stored. Please be assured your details will not be passed on and your private information will remain safe. Registering also means you can be included in promotional emails such as when new products are launched, competitions or when there are sales on. You will have the option to opt out of promotional emails at any stage.
All orders packaged in our standard packaging come with the item in small silver organza bag which is inside a small padded envelope. Every item comes with a “care card” with tips for caring for your item(s).
Orders that selected the “gift” packaging option come with the item in the gift box which is wrapped in bubble wrap then placed inside a plastic post safe envelope bag to ensure safe shipping. If you would like a gift card to be sent with the item please include the card message in the order comments box.
All orders posted in the Republic of Ireland include free shipping. Minimum order value to qualify for free postage is €15. Orders less than that will be charged at €2.00 per order.
Orders are dispatched the next business day when received before 3pm. We use An Post for delivery in Ireland which is a reliable state owned postal service. For the UK and Europe a set fee of €2 applies on each order. Charges the for the USA and other countries is €7.50. Please be sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout.

- Refunds / Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we offer a full refund once the goods are returned in perfect condition via PayPal within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will not be refunded.
Our aim is to offer handmade products at affordable prices but sometimes these costs need adjusting occasionally. We reserve the right to amend prices of our products without prior notice.
